The Location
The Lake Today
Sixty acres of private water, already here. Most surf projects begin with raw desert. Hidden Lake begins with a lake.
03 / The Metro
The site is roughly 37 miles from downtown Phoenix and about 40 minutes from Sky Harbor, one of the busiest airports in the country. Within a 90-minute drive there are some five million people, a metro that draws tens of millions of visitors a year for spring training, golf, and winter sun.
That combination is the point. A destination like this needs a large resident population close enough for a Saturday, a visitor economy already arriving by the millions, and a climate that keeps the water usable in every season. Phoenix supplies all three.
Hidden Lake Surf Resort will be built on a beautiful property in one of the fastest growing cities in America, in a state that welcomes what we're building, with a city that wants it here. The approvals are in place. It sits within an Opportunity Zone, wrapped around a sixty acre natural lake and sitting on a separate groundwater supply plentiful enough to serve the resort, 37 miles from Phoenix and its five million people.
