One hundred twenty acres. Sixty of them are already water.

The property sits just outside Buckeye, Arizona. At the center of it is a sixty acre private lake, river fed, with established water infrastructure already in place. In the Sonoran Desert that is a rare and valuable resource, and one that would be difficult to replicate. Most surf resorts start with raw desert and build a body of water from nothing. Hidden Lake starts with one, on land that is secured with no ground lease.

Federally managed BLM land runs along the boundary and carries a trail system down to the Gila River, a permanent open space buffer. The lake also has a life of its own: fishing, weddings and waterfront gatherings have been happening on this shoreline for years.
