Hidden Lake on the capital panel at Bisnow's Surf Park Real Estate Conference

Founder Drew Boyles and Chief Investment Officer Jeff Zuckerman joined "From Concept to Capital: Financing Surf Park Deals, Overcoming Funding Hurdles & Securing Approvals" at Bisnow's national surf park conference in Irvine, California. The panel covered capital stacks, investor appetite, site selection, entitlements, and community buy-in, the same path Hidden Lake has been walking in Buckeye. Independent economic impact study completed

A third-party study evaluated the surf attraction and associated visitor spending, projecting substantial construction and ongoing employment along with meaningful long-term economic output and tax revenue for the City of Buckeye.

Surf parks running today.

Hidden Lake is not a first attempt at this. Lagoons of this kind are open and operating on three continents, serving first-time surfers and experienced surfers in the same session. A few worth knowing.

Hallbergmoos, Germany

The world's first Endless Surf lagoon, the same wave technology selected for Hidden Lake. Opened in August 2024 as Germany's first and Europe's largest surf park, running substantially on its own solar generation.
