Founder Drew Boyles and Chief Investment Officer Jeff Zuckerman joined "From Concept to Capital: Financing Surf Park Deals, Overcoming Funding Hurdles & Securing Approvals" at Bisnow's national surf park conference in Irvine, California. The panel covered capital stacks, investor appetite, site selection, entitlements, and community buy-in, the same path Hidden Lake has been walking in Buckeye. Founder Drew Boyles and Jeff Zuckerman join the industry's leading surf-park gathering to share the project's approach: an existing lake, approvals in place, and a diversified resort model in one of the country's fastest-growing markets.
A third-party study evaluated the surf attraction and associated visitor spending, projecting substantial construction and ongoing employment along with meaningful long-term economic output and tax revenue for the City of Buckeye.
The project is advancing conversations with the City of Buckeye on economic and infrastructure matters, building on resort and recreation uses already approved through the Planned Area Development.
Predevelopment activity continues on the 120-acre property, including work related to the existing lake and on-site water infrastructure.

The Technology, In Operation
