Hidden Lake Surf Resort operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type and message you enter. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the site.
To reply to you. We do not use contact form submissions for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
California residents may request access to the personal information we hold, request deletion, and request correction. Arizona and other state residents may make the same requests and we will honor them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@hiddenlakesurf.com. We may ask you to confirm details in your original message so we can locate the right record.
Contact form submissions are kept in our email system for as long as the inquiry is active, and are deleted on request.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
